尺寸變化率測定儀溫度系統(tǒng)采用微電腦智能數(shù)字技術(shù)制造，具有工業(yè)PID自整定和四位雙LED窗顯示功能，控溫精度高、抗干擾能力強，并且操作非常方便。箱體采用優(yōu)質(zhì)冷軋板，表面靜電粉末噴涂，涂層堅硬牢固，防銹能力強。工作室為優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板，圓角造型、流暢、光滑極易清潔。箱體與工作室之間填充超細玻璃棉隔熱材料，具有良好的保溫性能，有效保證箱內(nèi)溫度的穩(wěn)定準確和對使用環(huán)境的影響。箱門觀察窗為雙層鋼化玻璃結(jié)構(gòu)，能夠清晰觀察箱內(nèi)加熱的物品，又有良好的隔熱效果。箱內(nèi)設計有合理的熱風循環(huán)信道，使箱內(nèi)溫度分布更加均勻、溫度上升更快；該儀器裝有可調(diào)節(jié)的出風管，可以調(diào)節(jié)箱內(nèi)進出空氣量。如箱內(nèi)排出的氣體有異味或有毒，出風管能方便的另接管道將氣體排至地點。
